How to Use the Order Tracker
- Enter the scout's name, the troop, den, or group, and the sale name and dates.
- Type each product name and its price. Add up to eight products, or remove the examples you do not need.
- To take orders on a phone or laptop, stay in Fill in online and add a row for each customer. Enter quantities and tick Paid and Delivered as things happen. Totals update instantly.
- To take orders on paper, switch to Print blank sheet, choose how many rows you need, and download the landscape PDF.
- Download a PDF of your finished online sheet any time to hand to a leader or keep for your records.
Tips for Running a Fundraising Sale
Collect contact info up front
Record a phone number or email for each order so you can arrange delivery. Only collect what you need, and keep the sheet private.
Use the outstanding total
The gap between total sales and money collected shows at a glance how much is still owed, which helps when it is time to settle up with your group leader.
Print a paper backup
Even if you plan to use the online sheet, a blank printed sheet is handy at booths and doorsteps where the signal or battery might let you down. Type the entries in later.
Track delivery separately from payment

What does the blank printable sheet look like?
It is a landscape letter-size page with your product names and prices as column headings and ruled blank rows for customer name, contact, quantities, paid, delivered, and notes. If you need more rows, increase the row count and the PDF adds pages.
Is my customers' information uploaded or stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Your entries may be remembered on this device in your browser's local storage so you do not lose them if you close the tab; use "Clear All Orders" to remove them.
Can I download my filled-in sheet?
Yes. In Fill in online mode, "Download PDF" produces a landscape PDF of the orders you entered, including totals for each product and the money collected and outstanding.
